sOLDER pASTE

The paste for successful printing: With the metal powder alloy produced in-house, Inventec ensures constant quality and consistent melting behavior for the solder pastes. In addition to high-temperature and low-temperature solder pastes, the portfolio also includes special products such as the low-voids solder paste.

cLEANER

With water- and solvent-based detergents capable of achieving cleanliness levels of up to 100%, Inventec covers the complete spectrum of cleaning agents and processes. By offering to recycle and re-provide soiled cleaning agents, Inventec offers a unique way to get more than just one wash cycle out of cleaning agents.

cOATINGS

In cooperation with the French manufacturer ABchimie, Inventec also offers UV and air-curing coatings for conformal coating applications. This product line is complemented by Ultra Thin Coating, a coating developed by Inventec that allows layer thicknesses of just 0.2µm to be realized.
