With the thermal process control solutions, you always have your reflow process in view: The temperature profile is determined and saved for each printed circuit board produced. If the profile curve is outside the process window, the system immediately triggers an alarm and stops the process. With the software tools, even the smallest details can be statistically evaluated and full traceability can be realized.

KIC Navigator
The KIC Navigator software automatically determines the optimal settings for your product and oven. After the initial profile has been run, the software evaluates the profile and brings it into the process window. During parameterization, optimization can be made according to paste specification, speed and energy efficiency.
KIC Auto Focus
The KIC Auto Focus software is an expert system that suggests the best oven setting for new boards in order to solder the board within specification.
KIC ProBot
The KIC ProBot is the scalable solution for your permanent thermal process monitoring. In the final expansion stage, it is equal to the KIC RPI. It can thus grow individually with your requirements and thus optimizes your investment.
KIC RPI
The KIC RPI is a fully automated 24/7 monitoring system. It determines the profile of each PCB and stops the process if the temperature profile is outside the process window. This gives the possibility to realize complete traceability for each PCB.
KIC Carrier
The KIC Carrier is the optimum carrier for the profiler. Easily adjustable to the transport width, it transports the profiler safely through the oven. The carrier is specially adapted to the profiler and thus guarantees the optimum clearance height.
KIC SRA
The KIC SRA - the Smart Reflow Analyzer - combines a smart fixture with an integrated oven profiler. With KIC SRA, you can perform side-by-side and pass-to-pass comparisons, check the performance of individual oven zones and measure the conveyor speed - without any external sensors! The analyzer provides an accurate and intuitive insight into the functional stability of the oven and records key information about the reflow process.
