The 4th axis allows tilting and manual rotation of up to two valves, applying material in a precise and controlled manner even in areas that cannot be reached with a typical vertical valve orientation. 

The use of two valves on the slim fourth axis allows parallel processing of jobs, as the system can be equipped with multiple tools.

The 5th axis is a motorized, programmable tilt with an angle of ±50° that can be used to seal components that are otherwise difficult to access using dispensing or spraying applications. Multiple tilt positions within a path or across different paths allow a wider range of products to be processed with just one system.

With the Tool Changer, there is room for up to four additional valves in the machine, which are automatically removed and used during the job. With the Tool Changer, the number of applications per machine can be increased without sacrificing working space. 

The Flow Monitor precisely measures the amount of material dispensed during a job. Individual limit values can be specified for different materials and dispensing paths.

The user-friendly barcode scanner achieves the best contrast at any PCB color for error-free code reading with its numerous, configurable optics and illumination functions. 

The fiducial camera reliably detects all standard fiducials. Offset, rotation and slant of the workpiece are automatically compensated for, ensuring accurate application of the coating and high process repeatability.
